Thank you for taking the time to consider me and my company.
Real estate for many is a huge investment that can greatly influence
your business life as well as your personal life and I work very
hard to build lasting relationships and maximize your equity.
I would like to share with you a little about myself and what
sets me apart from the competition.
I live in DC
Ranch, Scottsdale with my wife Emily, our two sons and
our Golden Retriever. I work with one of the most astute real
estate firms in North Scottsdale, RE/MAX
Fine Properties and have been a full time realtor for many
years. What is more important, I am extremely skilled at what
I do and have sold over $25 MM of real estate in DC Ranch
alone. I hold two designations ABR and CRS and many times I
hold the largest number of dollars listed in my office of more
than 80 professionals. I have done all of my work in the northeast
valley and Paradise Valley.
I do not claim to be the largest agent in the valley with the
most assistants as a matter of fact I don’t use an assistant.
I take a more personal approach and pride myself on the fact
that when anyone calls me I am the most informed up to date person
with your best interest at heart. I spend a great deal of time
educating myself on your area of interest prior to our first
meeting giving you the advantage of knowing that I am completely
immersed in your targeted market. You can rest assured that when
I negotiate on your behalf I do it from a position of knowledge

Buying — Advanced training:

From the day I began working as a licensed Realtor I had an advantage
as a buying agent that is rather unique. I am the owner and founder
of a construction firm Ciel Design/Build that I have used in the
past to provide construction services for clients throughout the
valley. For many years prior to my entry into the real estate industry
I was already an expert on investment properties. I did a considerable
amount of consulting for clients investing in distressed properties
and became exceptionally proficient in recognizing a money pit
vs. a cash cow.
With my background I have attracted a great deal of investors
and therefore have a refined skill in deal hunting. Of course
investors and families alike can appreciate these attributes.
I pass these resources on to my clients that choose to work with
me exclusively so that they are able to purchase properties that
they adore and personalize them with their own flooring, bathroom
design and even add square footage where they see necessary.
I provide these services for my clients at a wholesale price
securing them an equitable position otherwise unobtainable. Ciel
Design/Build is an active construction firm that I use for my
clients in real estate. I take extensive measures to ensure that
all of my clients are in an equitable position at all times and
maximizing their dollar. |

Selling — CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)
In regards to marketing, I send out a professional marketing piece
to a large target market that is purchasing in this area. I place
you on 4 web sites, HotScottsdaleRealEstate.com (Michael
Simons Real Estate website), FineProp.com, Remax.com as
well as an upgraded site on Realtor.com.
I use cutting edge virtual tours by Preview First and professionally
photograph and film your home or land. Here is an example of one
of my virtual tours in Desert
Parks DC Ranch.
I provide a professional marketing piece for each home that individuals
take with them after a showing. I meet personally with realtors when
they show my listings to ensure that the home is staged properly
and use this time to interject sales points otherwise overlooked.
I place ads in the Arizona Republic real estate section as well as
several magazines published in the valley. I am always looking for
new ways to put together packages for marketing to generate the most
exposure for my listings.
